To place an order, you may order directly through our online shopping cart on our PRODUCTS page if you have a Pay Pal account.  If not, simply email, call or fax us your order by quantity and item.  Be sure to include your complete shipping address.  We ship USPS.  International orders are welcome!

Anessential, Inc. does not trade, sell or use your personal information for any purpose other than for promoting and selling our own products.  All information you provide to us is kept strictly confidential.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return any unaltered merchandise within 10 days of the invoice date for a complete refund less shipping and handling charges.  Within this timeframe, no merchandise will be accepted without prior return authorization which can be obtained by contacting us. 

Damaged Shipments

Despite our careful packing, unfortunately, we cannot control a shipment once an item leaves us.  In the unlikely event of a shipment arriving damaged, it is imperative to keep ALL packing material and boxes that the item was shipped in and we must be notified immediately of the damage.  These materials are needed in order to file an insurance claim with the carrier.  Without the original packing material and box, the carrier will not allow a claim to be filed and no reimbursement or exchange can be made by us to you.  This is a strict policy that we are forced to abide by from the carriers' insurance company.  Sorry, no exceptions.

Payment

Orders paid for with PAY PAL, MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER, DINERS CLUB, AMERICAN EXPRESS and bank checks are shipped usually the next business day if in stock.  The safest way to give your credit card number is to call or fax the information in.  Credit card charges will appear on your bill as "Anessential.com, LLC".  If you desire to pay by check or money order, please contact us first to insure availability and to obtain shipping charges.  Personal and company checks will delay shipping until check clears.  Please make payments payable to " Anessential.com, LLC ".

Shipping, handling and insurance charges will be added on all orders FOB Orlando, FL.

FL residents add 6.5% sales tax to total order.
